What are the requirements to exchange or return an item?

  • You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

  5. As soon as we have received and checked the item, we will ship your new item immediately.

If the new item is more expensive or cheaper than the item you are exchanging, the price difference will be offset against the shipping costs or we ask you to send us the corresponding amount via one of our payment options. Please note that the cost of returning the item you want to exchange will be borne by you. The shipping of the new article may be invoiced by us.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@bijoubox.gr to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: Bijou Box Profitou Ilia 8 Veria, Imathia 59132 Greece Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
